REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Advanced Metering Infrastructure System
The Town of Wheatland is requesting proposals from responsible firms for equipment, software, and support services for an Automated Metering Infrastructure System (AMIs).
The Town of Wheatland will accept proposals until 3:00 p.m., local time, March 1, 2021. The proposals shall be enclosed in a package clearly labeled “Town of Wheatland AMI RFP.” The Town reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals or reject any or all proposals with or without cause. Six (6) copies of the proposal shall be submitted to the following address:

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the date and time stated above. The Town of Wheatland reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Successful bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds in an amount of at least 100% of awarded contract price.
Proposals received after the 3:00 P.M. March 1, 2021 deadline will be unopened.
