SPET Requisitions Approved for Payment: Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mrs. Mantle, to approve Requisition #15 from the Courthouse Improvement Fund in the sum of $11,436.00. The motion carried. Dec. 2020 Collections: Circuit Court - $18,366.75. Encroachment Licenses: Clerk Ervin presented two encroachment licenses for approval from Darren Hershey and Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission, LLC. County Treasurer: Kristi Rietz, County Treasurer, presented the County’s financial position as of December 31, 2020. Courthouse Renovation Project: Greg Orr, Project Manager, updated the Commissioners about the Courthouse renovation project. Mr. Orr informed the Commissioners that Malone Belton could incorporate first-floor designs into this project. Mr. Orr outlined what additional fees could arise due to that change. Mr. Jolovich encourages the County’s grant administrator to look for potential grant funding to cover the cost of renovating the first floor. 4-H Building Reconstruction Project: Greg Orr, Project Manager, provided little update concerning the 4-H Building Reconstruction project because the project is underway and progressing well. Darrel Harris: Mr. Harris presented information he has personally gathered and encouraged the Commissioners to urge the State of Wyoming to consider using Ivermectin as a potential cure for COVID-19. Planning & Zoning Public Hearing: Planner Clark presented a simple subdivision request from Del Tinsley. Mr. Tinsley is requesting to divide approximately 16.5 acres from 38.9. The property is described as part of the NE ¼ NE ¼ and part of the NE ¼ SE ¼ of Section 34, Township 24 North, Range 66 West, Platte County, Wyoming. The request was recommended for approval by the Planning & Zoning Commission on January 12, 2021. Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mrs. Mantle, to approve the Simple Subdivision request made by Del Tinsley with the following conditions: 1) that the simple subdivision plat be recorded before the previously approved subdivision plat; 2) that if any lot adjustments and/or design is significantly changed that the simple subdivision be reviewed by the planning and zoning and county commissions before preparing the final plat; 3) that a final plat be recorded within one year of approval; and 4) that the surveyor coordinate with the Planning Office to have a draft reviewed before ordering the mylar print for recording. The motion carried. Planner Clark presented the following building certificates for approval: Stephanie Murcia, Daren and Crystal Hershey, Pro Built Construction, Wheatland REA, ZimMetal & Welding LLC, and Norb Olind Construction. Audit Review: Paul Stille, Leo Riley & Co., presented his audit findings from fiscal year 2019 – 2020. Executive Session: At 11:37 AM, Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mrs. Mantle, to call for an executive session for matters concerning litigation, pursuant to Wyoming State Statute §16-4-405(a)(iii). The motion carried. At 11:51 AM, Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mrs. Mantle, to end the executive session where no decisions were made. The motion carried. There being no further business the meeting adjourned at approximately 12:00 P.M.
