NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Angie Kernan has filed an application for a Simple Subdivision to divide approximately 22 acres into 3 parcels located 122 Bluffview Road, Platte County, Wheatland, Wyoming. Public hearings for this request will be held by the Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 6:00 pm; if recommended for approval, Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 10:00 am; both meetings will be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers, located in the basement of the County Courthouse at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, Wyoming.
