NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUND WATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following application was received by the State Engineer. Upon conclusion of advertising and public comment, the application will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board for their recommendation.
JOSEPH IRWIN: Temporary Filing Number U.W. 45-3-369, the Enl Kendig Irrigation #2 Well, is an enlargement of the Kendig Irrigation #2 Well, Permit No. U.W. 40204, for additional acreage and volumetric quantity. The Kendig Irrigation #2 Well is located in the SE¼ NW¼ of Section 22, T24N, R68W. If approved, the enlargement will allow irrigation of an additional 79 acres in the NW¼ of Section 22, T24N, R68W. There will be no increase in the maximum instantaneous flow of water, but the maximum volumetric quantity of water to be beneficially used will increase to 119 Acre-Feet per calendar year.
Any objections to the granting of the above application must be made in writing to the State Engineer, 122 West 25th Street, Herschler Building 2W, Cheyenne WY 82002. Objections must be received within ten days of the final publication of this notice.
