Specific Purpose Excise Tax Requisitions Approved for Payment: Mr. Shockley motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to approve Requisition #14 from the Fairgrounds Improvement Fund in the sum of $18,726.48. The motion carried. Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mr. Shockley, to approve Requisition #14 from the Courthouse Improvement Fund in the sum of $7,590.00. The motion carried. Collections: Clerk - $14,397.90. Planning & Zoning: Planner Clark presented a building certificate for approval from Alan & Donna Platt. Ms. Clark also presented a final plat for Sinclair Transportation for approval. Road & Bridge: Superintendent Beal Angle updated the Commissioners about the Uva bridge that crosses the Laramie River. The Road & Bridge crew is in the process of replacing the timbers on the bridge’s deck. Mr. Angle also spoke about the deteriorating drainage tubes on the Horseshoe Creek Road bridge and presented options to resolve the issue. An encroachment license was presented for approval from Wheatland REA. Courthouse Renovation Project: Greg Orr, Reliance Construction Consulting, presented updates to the Courthouse Renovation project. Mr. Orr said a majority of design work has been completed with little additions needed to finalize layout and the final plan. Mr. Orr would like to set up a meeting in the near future to discuss the design of the courthouse project. 4-H Building Reconstruction Project: At this time Mr. Orr had no updates for the 4-H Building Reconstruction Project. The project is progressing well, and no updates were required. IT Update: Jordan Ham, WyoLogic Inc., presented updates to current county IT projects. Mr. Ham explained how he is making the County’s IT network more secure. He also spoke about the recent purchase of Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs) for the Sheriff’s Office by using CARES Act funding. County Clerk: Clerk Ervin spoke to the Commissioners regarding the status of the 2020-2021 budget. Mr. Ervin said the revenues were ahead of projection while expenditures were right on track with what was anticipated. Resolution #2020-35: Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mr. Shockley, to approve Resolution #2020-35 titled, “A Resolution Concerning Personal Protective Equipment in County Facilities.” The motion carried.
