NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Merlin Hitt has filed an application for a Simple Subdivision to divide approximately 5.5 acres out of approximately 130 acres that is part of the SW1/4 of Section 1, Township 24 North, Range 68 West, Platte County, Wheatland, Wyoming. Public hearings for this request will be held by the Town of Wheatland Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 5:30 pm & Wheatland Town Council on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall Council Chamber at 600 9th St. Wheatland, Wyoming; and Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 6:00 pm; if approved, Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 10:00 am in the Commissioner’s Chambers, located in the basement of the County Courthouse at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, Wyoming.
