Courthouse Renovation Project: Greg Orr, Reliance Construction Consulting, presented updates to the Courthouse Renovation project. Mr. Orr showed a potential move for the elevator, which would make the elevator built on the exterior of the north or south side of the building. Further, the change would reduce the budget by approximately $200,000. 4-H Building Reconstruction Project: Greg Orr, Reliance Construction Consulting, informed the Commissioners that the 4-H Building Reconstruction is going well. Mr. Orr presented a change order request log that will track any change orders to the project. So far, the only approved change order approved was to open the ceiling in the large meeting room. Mr. Orr asked if the Commissioners are okay with him signing change order approvals or whether they should come to the Commissioners. The Commissioners believed it was okay for Mr. Orr to sign on behalf of the board. There being no further business the meeting adjourned at approximately 2:00 P.M. Approved: /s/Sandy Kontour, Chairman. Attest: /s/Malcolm Ervin, County Clerk.
