TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if said real property is not redeemed on or before February 5, 2021, by payment of delinquent taxes together with penalties, interest, and all expenses up to the date of said payment, to the County Treasurer of Platte County, Wyoming, pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 39-13-109(e), the above-named Applicant shall thereupon, as required by law, make application to the County Treasurer for a tax deed, conveying the above-described real property to her in absolute title. In accordance with Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 39-13-108(e)(v)(B)(II), the application for a tax deed will be submitted to the County Treasurer between February 5, 2021 and March 12, 2021. The Applicant is not aware of any special assessments for local or public improvements.
