NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Collin Kostelecky – General Manager of Monument Home Builders, Tru-Grit NOCO, and AC Mechanical has requested an Administrative Re-Plat of Lots 24A-30B, Lots 31A-31C, and Lots 33A-33C of the Final Villas at Black Mountain Village Planned Unit Development II. The Town of Wheatland Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 5:30 P.M., and if approved, a public hearing will be held by the Town of Wheatland Town Council on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. Both public hearings will be held in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY 82201
