NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That William A. Garcia II, A/K/A William A. Garcia died on the 12th day of February, 2018, at Converse County, Wyoming; leaving Fred E. Garcia, II, Anthony M. Garcia, and Stephanie McDowell as his sole heir and distributees.
That on the 12th day of August, 2020, the aforementioned heirs filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s interest in and to the following described real property located in Platte County, Wyoming, as follows:
Undivided one-half (½) interest in the following described real property:
That part of Lot 8, West Subdivision, Town of Guernsey, Platte County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 8; Thence South 89°40 West, along the South line of said Lot 8, a distance of 75.81 feet; Thence North 00°05’ East, 150.00 feet; thence North 89°40’ East, 76.73 feet to the East line of said Lot 8; thence South 00°26’ West, 150.01 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 11,441 sq. ft. (0.26)acres), more or less to the True Point of Beginning.
The property is located in Platte County at 148 N Kansas, Guernsey, WY 82214.

That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, , Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 9:00 A.M. on the 30th day of October, 2020, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the application filed herein.
