NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
All creditors, Heirs, legatees and Distributees of Gedrald Horace Foster, Deceased, and all other persons interested, are hereby notified that the Distributees of the above named Decedent have filed a Petition for Ancillary Administration of Estate Pursuant to W.S. §2-11-201, with the Clerk of Court, Eight Judicial District, Platte County, Wyoming. Said Petition alleges that Gerald Horace Foster died intestate on June 16, 2019 at his home in Ascension Parish, State of Louisiana; that the value of the Decedent’s Estate in Wyoming, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed $200,000.00; that thirty (30) days have elapsed since Decedent’s death; that no Application for Appointment of a Personal Representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming; that a probate has been filed in the 23rd Judicial District Court, Ascension Parish Louisiana, as Probate No, 18952 and that according to said probate, Kelly Foster Blanchard and Carol Foster Perez are entitled to a Decree establishing their right, title, and interest in and to the Decedent’s interest in the following real properties in Platte County, Wyoming, more particularly described as:
An undivided .065571interest in the following described lands:
TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE 70 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., PLATTE COUNTY, WYOMING
Lot One (1) in Section Five (5), containing 21.7 acres, more or less,
AND
Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in section Five (5),
AND
The North one-half (–½) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW-¼). Also being Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Section Five (5).
Any creditor objecting to such decree shall file an objection in this matter with the Clerk of District Court, Platte County, Wyoming on or before the last date of Publication of this Notice.
