NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Merlin Hitt, has filed an application for a Simple Subdivision to divide approximately 10.09 acres out of approximately 140 acres that is part of the SW1/4 of Section 1, Township 24 North, Range 68 West, Platte County, Wheatland, Wyoming. Public hearings for this request will be held by the Town of Wheatland Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 5:30 pm & Wheatland Town Council on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall Council Chamber at 600 9th St. Wheatland, Wyoming; & Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 6:00 pm; if approved, Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 10:00 am in the Commissioner’s Chambers, located in the basement of the County Courthouse at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, Wyoming.
