The motion carried. Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mr. Shockley, to approve Requisition #10 from the Courthouse Improvement Fund in the sum of $107,730.00. The motion carried. July 2020 Collections: Clerk - $14,647.30; Circuit Court - $25,341.00; Clerk of District Court - $1,264.25. 2020 Mill Levies: Mr. Shockley motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to certified mill levies as presented for 2020. The motion carried. $15,296,425. COVID-19 Response Funding: Mr. Shockley motioned seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the State of Wyoming and Platte County for COVID-19 response funding in the sum of $193,768.00. The motion carried. Resolution #2020-19: Mr. Shockley motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to approve Resolution #2020-19 titled, “A Resolution Clarifying the Closure of the County Courthouse for the 2020 Primary and General Elections.” The motion carried. The resolution is available for inspection in the Office of the County Clerk or online at www.plattecountywyoming.com. WYDOT: Mark Ayen, District Engineer, presented the State Transportation Improvement Plan (STIP). Road & Bridge: Superintendent Beal Angle presented an encroachment license from Dawn Barker for approval. Mr. Angle also updated the Commissioners on current and upcoming projects and presented some estimates for materials and supplies. Mr. Don Hale, with Alexander Construction, asked the Commissions why the County chip sealed their roads more often than replacing asphalt. The Commissioners spoke to the limit funding available to completely replace asphalt roads. Planning & Zoning: Planner Clark presented two building certificates for approval from Sarah & Michael Tucker and Rimfire Enterprises. IT Update: Jordan Ham, WyoLogic, Inc., spoke to the Commissioners regarding relocating the switch in District Court, which the Commissioners approved Mr. Ham to proceed with. Mr. Ham also provided other updates and information about upcoming projects. Courthouse Renovation Project: Greg Orr, Reliance Construction Consulting, presented updated site plans to the Commissioners. Mr. Orr informed the Commissioners that the new dispatch facility would be located on the south side of the Sheriff’s Office as the location offered numerous benefits to previously explored locations. 4-H Building Reconstruction Project: Greg Orr, Reliance Construction Consulting, presented some invoices for the Commissioners to review and the status of the renovation. There being no further business the meeting adjourned at approximately 11:55 A.M.
