Pursuant to W.S. § 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Town of Wheatland, Wyoming has accepted the work on Phifer Airfield – Runway Reconstruction Project, FAA AIP No. 03-56-0030-010-2018 and State Project No. AEAN10A, AEAN10B, and AEAN10C, as substantially completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the Contract and that Paul Reed Construction & Supply, Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefore. Upon the 41st day, September 22nd, 2020, after the first publication of this notice, that the Town of Wheatland, Wyoming, under whose direction of supervision the work has been carried out will pay to Paul Reed Construction & Supply, Inc. the full amount due under the Contract. All persons, firms, or corporations who have any claims for work done or materials furnished on said public work are hereby notified that final payment will be made to Paul Reed Construction & Supply, Inc. in accordance with the terms of the Contract on September 22nd 2020. This section does not relieve Paul Reed Construction & Supply, Inc. and the sureties on his bond from any claims of work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Contract.
