NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Sinclair Transportation Co., has filed an application for a Simple Subdivision to divide approximately 5.4 acres off of approximately 412 acres located in Section 24 of T26N R66W Guernsey, WY. A public hearing for this request will be held by Platte County Planning & Zoning on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 7 PM. If approved, a public hearing will be held by the County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 10 AM. Public hearings will be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, WY. Any person(s) interested in having their opinion heard should attend the public hearings or email planner@plattecountywyoming.com
