DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S
ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Donald Gene Birkle died on the 21st day of January 2020, at Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming; leaving Mark Birkle as his sole heir and distributee.
That on the 16th day of March, 2020, the aforementioned heir filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedents interest in and to the following described real and personal property as follows:
Lot 22, Black Mountain Village, Filing No. 2, Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming; 1976 mobile home VIN CHCC01904.

That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8:00 a.m. on the 26th day of May, 2020, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real and personal property as requested in the application filed herein.
