NOTICE OF PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Harold E. Eyrich, a/k/a Kix Eyrich, died on the 24th day of January, 2010, at Minneapolis, Hennepen County, Minnesota, leaving as his survivors and sole heirs-at-law Margret T. Eyrich, spouse (deceased); Harold Thor Eyrich, son, and Asta Blanche Lock, f/k/a Asta Blanche Eyrich, daughter.
That Harold Thor Eyrich and Asta Blanche Lock, f/k/a Asta Blanche Eyrich, filed a petition for determination of heirship, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-9-201, et seq., on the 27th day of March, 2020, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, in and for Platte County, State of Wyoming, requesting that the Court establish the date and place of death of Harold E. Eyrich, a/k/a Kix Eyrich, deceased; and make and enter its order finding that there has been no record judicial determination of the heirs-at-law of said decedent in the State of Wyoming; that the decedent died intestate two years prior to the date of the filing of the petition, and that the Court determine and distribute all of the decedent’s interest in and to the following described real property, which was owned by the decedent at the time of his death, to-wit:
Government Lots 8, 9 and 11 located in a portion of the SE¼ of Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 66 West of the 6 P.M. Platte County, Wyoming, inclusive of the following mineral claims:
Myrtle Placer Mining Claim, situated in the SE¼ of Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, State of Wyoming, as recorded in Book 71, Page 615.
Patty Lode Mining Claim, situated in Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, State of Wyoming, as recorded in Book 71, Page 617.
Government Lots 12 and 13 located in a portion of the SW¼ of Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 66 West of the 6 P.M., Platte County, Wyoming, inclusive of the following mineral claims:
Myrtle Placer Mining Claim No. 1, situated in the SW¼ of Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, State of Wyoming, as recorded in Book 71, Page 614.
Patty No. 1 Lode Mining Claim, situated in Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, State of Wyoming, as recorded in Book 71, Page 615
Patty No. 2 Lode Mining Claim, situated in Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, State of Wyoming, as recorded in Book 71, Page 616.
Unpatented mineral claims located in portions of the SE¼ of Section 26, Township 27 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, State of Wyoming, described as follows:
Patty No. 3, Lode Mining Claim (or placer), situated in Sections 25 and 26, Township 27 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., of Hartville Mining District, County of Platte, State of Wyoming, as recorded in Book 71, Page 616, and amended in Book 93, Page 357.
Kate No. 1, Mining Claim (load or placer), situated in the SE¼SE¼ of Section 26, Township 27 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Hartville Mining District, County of Platte, State of Wyoming, as recorded in Book 77, Page 12 and Book 93, Page 432.
That the petitioners request that Margret T. Eyrich, spouse (deceased), Harold Thor Eyrich, son, and Asta Blanche Lock, f/k/a Asta Blanche Eyrich, daughter, be adjudged and decreed to be the sole heirs-at-law of said decedent and that the rights of descent and inheritance to said real property be decreed to them and none others.
That said Petition has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 9:00 a.m. on the 4th day of May, 2020, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE PETITION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE PETITION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Determination of Heirship setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the petition filed herein.
