Aimen, LLC, has filed an application for a Simple Subdivision to divide approximately 25.4 acres into 3 tracts located in Section 5 & 6 of T26N R65W Guernsey, WY. A public hearing for this request will be held by Platte County Planning & Zoning on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at 6 PM. If approved, the 2nd public hearing will be held by the County Commissioners on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 10 AM. Public hearings will be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, WY.
