NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
TAKE NOTICE that Crystal Anderson has filed an Application for Decree in the matter of the estate of William L. Penick wherein she alleges the said William L. Penick died on the 25th day of November, 2008, a resident of Platte County, Wyoming, that at the time of death he was the owner of the following real property in Platte County, Wyoming:
The Southwesterly 100 feet of Lot 3, Block 8, Town of Chugwater, Platte County, Wyoming.
The application alleges Leslie Sanderson, Crystal Anderson, William Robert Eugene Penick, Josh Eslick and Kevin Eslick are all the heirs of the decedent who have the right to succeed to the title to the property.
The application shall be heard by the Court 30 days after the date of the first publication, at the hour of 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the courtroom, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, if it appears the facts stated in the Application are not in dispute the Court will enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the property.
