NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
James Hedstrom, has filed an application for a Simple Subdivision to divide approximately 10.5 acres out of 105.4 acres located at 1176 Hightower Road, part of the SE4SE4 of Section 18 Township 23 North, Range 68 West; Wheatland, Wyoming 82201
A public hearing for this request will be held by the Platte County Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 6:00 pm. If approved, the second public hearing for this application will be held by the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 10:00 am. Both public hearings will be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers, located in the basement of the County Court House located at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, Wyoming.
