NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Laura Lee Jantz, A/K/A Laura Jantz died on the 25th day of August, 2019, at Loveland, Larimer County, Colorado, leaving as her sole heir the following:
Carrie Redus, daughter, over the age of majority;
That on the 9th day of December, 2019, Carrie Redus filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution pursuant to Wyoming Statutes §2-1-201 through §2-1-205 of 2007, as amended, praying that the Court distribute the decedent’s real property and personal property.

That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 9:00 A.M. on the 21st day of January, 2020, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the real property as requested in the Application filed herein unto Carrie Redus.
