WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 08/31/2004 executed and delivered by Daniel J. Cayton and Irene M. Cayton to Community First Mortgage, LLC. and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Daniel J. Cayton and Irene M. Cayton, Husband and Wife (the “Mortgagors”), to Community First Mortgage, LLC. , and which Mortgage was recorded on 09/01/2004, as Instrument # 555616 BK: 390 PG 0236 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Platte County, State of Wyoming; and

That part of the NE1/4NE1/4 Section 33, Township 25 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of Section 33, which corner is marked with rebar and surveyors cap No. 550; thence from this corner South 89°51’ West, a distance of 795.2 feet along the north boundary of Section 33, considering the north boundary as base bearing with all other bearings relative thereto; thence South 00°14’ West a distance of 1,040.2 feet; thence North 89°51’ East, a distance of 799.4 feet to a point on the east boundary of Section 33; thence North a distance of 1,040.2 feet along the east boundary to the Point of Beginning.
