TOWN OF WHEATLAND PLANNING & ZONING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Wheatland Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2019 at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY 82201, to hear and consider:
A request by William and Matt Britz, on behalf of BH Inc. (Britz & Co.) for a Special Use Permit to erect a 60ft X 75ft steel building to be used as a manufacturing space at 1302 9th Street, Town of Wheatland, Second North Addition, Block 201, Lots 1-10, Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming.
