-The regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners was called to order at 9:05 A.M. with the following present: Sandy Kontour, Chairman; Steve Shockley, Commissioner; Ian Jolovich, Commissioner; and Cary Shubert, Deputy County Clerk. Tax Cancellations: Mr. Shockley motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to approve the tax cancellation for tax year 2019 for Terry G. Lee in the amount of $1,624.39. Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconed by Mr. Shockley, to aprove the tax cancellation for tax year 2019 for Chesapeak Operating, LLC in the amount of $391.30. Road & Bridge: Superintendent Angle informed the Commissioners of recently completed, current, and possible future road and bridge work. Superintendent Angle informed the Commissioners of a recent vehicle crash involving a road and bridge employee and County truck. A vehicle will need to be purchased to replace the damaged vehicle. Superintendent Angle presented an encroachment license from Bridger Pipeline, LLC for approval. Planning & Zoning: Planner Clark presented a building certificate from Daniel & Liesl Sisson for approval. Predatory Animal Board Appointment: Mr. Shockley motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to appoint Brian Matthews to the Predator Management District of Platte County, Wyoming board for a term of two years. Wyoming County Commissioners Association: Jerimiah Rieman, Executive Director, and Brook Hamilton of the WCCA spoke to the Commissioners about a state-wide Worker’s Compensation pool.
