TO: All persons interested in the estate of Brandon J. Johnson
THIS MATTER having come regularly before the Court on the application of the surviving spouse Shelby Johnson for determination of homestead and other exemption rights, and for statutory allowances, the Court being advised in the premises and finding that a hearing is required by the provisions of Wyoming Statute § 2-7-505;
WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that a hearing on the surviving spouse’s Petition for Determination of Exempt Property, and upon her claims for allowance and support, will be held in the District Courtroom at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, Wyoming, on the 26th day of November, 2019, at the hour of 1:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard; at such hearing the Court will hear the evidence and make such order as the facts and law require.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all interested persons may be heard at that time, and shall show cause, if any, why such relief should not be granted.
