Ron Lonneman on behalf of KAL R West LLC, has filed an application for a Special Use Permit to park a 53’ van trailer wrapped with decals for advertising on the edge of the property facing I-25, at 51 Bluffview Road, Wheatland, WY, which is located in an Agriculture zoning district. The property is described as part of the SW4NE4 and SE4NE4 of Section 34, Township 25 North, Range 68 West, Platte County, Wyoming.
There will be two public hearings in order to review this request. The first public hearing will be before the Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. The second public hearing will be before the Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Both of these meetings will be held in the Commissioners Chambers, located in the basement of the Platte County Courthouse (800 9th Street, Wheatland).
