NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Ernest F. Dunlap died on the 13th day of April, 2019, at Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, leaving as his heir, Tracy Verle Lentz.
That on the 14th day of August, 2019, the aforementioned heir filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedents interest in and to the following described real and personal property as follows:
Lot 100 less the N37.5’ and all of Lot 101, Black Mountain Village, Filing #2,
Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming (with an address of 81 28th Street, Wheatland, Wyoming); 2015 POLS – VIN 3NSRMA570FE379541; 2011 CARRY flatbed trailer – VIN 4YMUL0818BM012024; 2004 GMC pick-up – VIN 1GTEC14V74Z222559
unto Tracy Verle Lentz.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th day of September, 2019, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real and personal property as requested in the application filed herein.
