NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF WHEATLAND BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Wheatland will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY 82201, to hear and consider:
A request by Jamie Hunter for a Variance to build a fence. The fence would be six feet in height, and would encroach part of the side yard setback on the north side of the home and protrude 8 feet into Towns right of way on Loomis St. The concerned property is described as 79 13th Street, Hilltop Addition, Block 11, part of lot 3 and all of lot 4.
Any person interested in the approval or rejection of such request may appear and be heard or file a written statement of approval or disapproval with the Joint Planning Office. Questions may be answered by calling 307-322-2962.
