NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE

TAKE NOTICE that Janette Blaise has filed an Application for Decree in the Matter of the Estate of Robert Dean Blaise wherein she alleges the said Robert Dean Blaise died on the 19th day of March, 2019, a resident of Platte County, Wyoming, that at the time of death he was the owner of the following described real property in Platte County, Wyoming:
West 6’ of Lot 10, Block 12, Lots 11, 12, 13 Hartville, Platte County, Wyoming

The application alleges that Janette Blaise, widow is the heir at law of the decedent who has the right to succeed to the title to the property and that the value of the property does not exceed $200,000.00.                        
The application shall be heard by the Court in the Courtroom, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, on the 17th day of September, 2019, at the hour of 8:30 o’clock am., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard and if it appears that the facts stated in the Application are not in dispute the Court will enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the property.
