NOTICE OF INTENTION TO
ADMIT NONRESIDENT PROBATE
TO ALL CREDITORS AND OTHERS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES BRENT PAGE:
Esther Marilynn Page, Petitioner, has filed a Petition, together with certain certified copies of the probate proceedings of the estate of the decedent from the Fourth Judicial District court for the state of Utah in and for Utah County, Prove Department, Probate No. 183400788.
The decedent died on July 30, 2018, a resident of Utah County, Utah. Final settlement of the estate was had in the above-mentioned Court (“Utah Probate Court of Proceedings”). The decedent, at the time of death, owned property in the State of Wyoming, and the Petitioner prays for the admission to record in this Court of said certified copies of the Utah Probate Court Proceedings as a probate of the Wyoming estate of the decedent.
Said petition will be heard before this Court on July 29, 2019, at 8:00 a.m. when and where all persons desiring to produce claims, object or be heard in the matter are required to appear.
