COMES NOW Zenith S. Ward, counsel for Progressive Insurance Company, in the above-captioned matter, and for this Notice of Publication hereby requests The Platte County Record-Times to publish once per week for three consecutive weeks the following legal notice:

To Any Interested Party:
You are hereby notified that Marlin Driskell has filed a Petition for Appointment of Wrongful Death Representative in the death of Michael Driskell. Any person claiming to qualify under W.S. 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right to seek appointment as the wrongful death representative. If a response is not filed with the above-titled court within 30 days after the third publication of this notice, the Court will proceed with the appointment of Marlin Driskell as the wrongful death representative in this matter.
