NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
FOR THE

PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE CRACK SEAL PROJECTS AT EDNESS K. WILKINS STATE PARK, GLENDO STATE PARK AND GUERNSEY STATE PARK
AT
NATRONA AND PLATTE COUNTIES,
WYOMING

Notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of State Parks & Cultural Resources, has accepted as complete, according to plans, specifications, and rules governing the same, the work performed under that certain Service Contract 05SC027933 between the State of Wyoming, Department of State Parks & Cultural Resources and Wharton Asphalt, LLC, whose address is 3952 Pa Hollow Trail, Billings, Montana 59106 for the work performed, materials, equipment, or tools furnished or used and services rendered for the substantial completion of the Pavement Maintenance Crack Seal Projects at Edness K. Wilkins State Park, Glendo State Park and Guernsey State Park, Bid 0269-D, at  Natrona and Platte Counties, Wyoming.  The contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Department of Administration and Information will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on July 30, 2019.  The date of the first publication is June 19, 2019.
