In accordance with Wyoming Statute 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees, Platte County School District Number One, Wheatland, Wyoming, the Owner, has accepted from the Contractor,
Wayne Coleman Construction, Inc.
the project titled
Glendo Bus Parking Lot
as having been completed under the terms of the contract dated, May 28, 2019. Therefore, on June 18, 2019, the District Office will pay the said Contractor all monies due them in full under the contract. All corporations, firms, or persons having claim against this contract are hereby notified to file claims with the Clerk of the Board of Trustees before the above said date, at the address below.
