FOR WORK ON THE GLENDO STATE PARK COTTONWOOD ROAD REHABILITAION PROJECT
FOR THE STATE OF WYOMING
Under the provisions of Wyoming Statutes § W.S. 16-6-117, 1982, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that State Parks, Historic Sites, and Trails are advised the work is completed on the Cottonwood Road Rehabilitation Project at Glendo State Park, Glendo, Wyoming, for the State of Wyoming, the same being work performed between Pine Bluffs Gravel & Excavating, Inc., Contractor of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, and State Parks, Historic Sites, and Trails, and this Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore.
On the forty-first day after the first publication of this notice, namely June 11, 2019, State Parks, Historic Sites, and Trails, will make final payment to the Contractor herein mentioned for the full amount due him, and in the event that any claim is not filed with the said State Parks, Historic Sites, and Trails prior to the said June 11, 2019, the same shall be waived.
