NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUND WATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following application has been received in the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising, the application will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board.
TOWN OF GUERNSEY: T.F. No. U.W. 44-1-472, Enl. Guernsey No. 3 Well is an application for additional yield from the Guernsey #3 well, as observed by the SEO during a 9/19/17 field inspection for adjudication of the Town of Guernsey’s municipal water system. The Guernsey No. 3 well is located in the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 2, T26N, R66W. The enlargement application would authorize an additional 100 gallons per minute instantaneous flow from the Guernsey No. 3 well for municipal use, but would not increase the volumetric quantity of water beneficially used per year.
Any objections to the granting of the application must be made in writing to the State Engineer, Herschler Building 1E, Cheyenne WY 82002 within ten (10) days of the final publication of this notice.
