NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AMVC PRODUCTIONS, LLC has applied for a Special Use Permit to modify and construct new facilities for swine production at 912 North Wheatland Highway, in the SE 1/4 Section of Section 31, Township 26 North, Range 67 West, in Platte County Wyoming. Public hearings on the re-quest will be held before the Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, April 10th, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Platte County Commissioner’s Chambers, which is located at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, WY 82201. A public hearing will also be held by the Platte County Commissioners on Tuesday, April 16th, 2019 at 10:00 AM in the Platte County Commissioner’s Chambers in the County Court House, which is located at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, WY 82201. Expressing any concerns to the Planning Office, 600 9th St., Wheatland, WY 82201, one week be-fore the first hearing allows the office to include your concerns in the Staff Report, bringing awareness to the Boards prior to the hearings.
