NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Rob Jongsma, on behalf of Sand and Gravel Mine, Limited, have filed an application for a Special Use Permit in order to obtain a Limited Mining Operation Permit to conduct quarrying, crushing, mining and removing of sand , gravel and rock at 1256 Sybille Creek Road, Wheatland, WY, which is located in an Agriculture zoning district. The property is described as part of the West • of SW • of Section 30, Township 24 North, Range 68 West, Platte County, Wyoming.
Public hearings on the request will be held before the Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, March 13th, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Platte County Commissioner’s Chambers (County Court House), which is located at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, WY 82201. A public hearing will also be held by the Platte County Commissioners on Tuesday, March 19th, 2019 at 10:00 AM in the Platte County Commissioner’s Chambers (County Court House), which is located at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, WY 82201.
Expressing any concerns to the Planning Office, 600 9th St., Wheatland, WY 82201, at least one week before the first hearing allows this office to incorporate your input into the staff report, thereby brining awareness of issues to the Boards prior to the hearings.
