NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUND WATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following application has been received in the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising, the application will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board.
LINDSAY DAVIS: T.F. No. U.W. 45-9-033, Tallgrass Energy Guernsey Water Fill. The application proposes a new well located in the NW¼ NW¼ of Section 19, T26N, R65W. Well water will be temporarily stored in the Guernsey Terminal Water Pit (Permit Number 14810.OR) and used for oil/gas well drilling activities throughout Platte and Goshen Counties. If approved, the permit would allow 500 gallons per minute to be used for Miscellaneous use. The total volumetric quantity to be used on an annual basis would not exceed 75 acre-feet.
Any objections to the granting of the above must be made in writing to the State Engineer, Herschler Building 1E, Cheyenne WY 82002 within ten (10) days of the final publication of this notice.
