NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PETITION
FOR AUTHORIZATION FOR SALE OF
ESTATE PROPERTY

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Nancy A. Archie died on the 5th day of September, 2018, Reno County, Kansas, leaving as her sole and only Heirs and Devisees,
That on the 28th day of December, 2018, the Administrator filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Petition for Authorization for Sale of Estate Property pursuant to, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s interest the following described real and personal property, to-wit:
That part of the SE¼SE¼ of Section 12, Township 24 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

The part of property described in Book 152, Page 267 in the Platte County Records, being in the SE¼SE¼ of Section 12, Township 24 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Wyoming, and being further described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the South boundary line of the SE¼SE¼ of said Section 12, which point is N88°15’W, 697.4 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section 12; thence continuing along the south boundary line of said SE¼SE¼, N88°15’W, for a distance of 200 feet; thence North on a line parallel with the East boundary line of said Section 12 a distance of 200 feet; thence S88°15’E, 200 feet; thence South on a line parallel to the East boundary of said Section 12, a distance of 200 feet to the point of beginning; and

A tract of land described in Boundary Line Adjustment recorded September 28, 2015 in Book 499, Page 673, Platte County, Wyoming Records by and between William C. Ayers and Carol K. Russell, an individual, Bruce A. Settle, an individual, Diana J. Gross, an individual, Gary A. Settle, an individual, an Angela Kay Kernan, an individual, as Tenants in Common.

That said Petition has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 9:00 a.m., on the 11th day of February, 2019, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter  its Order Authorizing Lee C. Archie, as Administrator to be authorized to sell, lease, or otherwise manage or alienate the above described property.
