NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Frankie L. Williamson died on the 28th day of August, 2018, at Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming, leaving as his heirs, Terisa L. Harmon and David L. Williamson.
That on the 19th day of December, 2018, the aforementioned heirs filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedents interest in and to the following described real and personal property as follows:
That part of the SW¼NW¼ of Section 14, Township 24 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:  Beginning at the NE corner of Section 14, Township 24 North, Range 68 West thence South 140 feet; thence North 60°45’ West 114.6 feet; thence North 84 feet to a point on the N. boundary of said SW¼NW¼; thence East on said North boundary a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning; 1972 Alpine Century, 14x75 mobile home, VIN GB-B-GH-AD-M-11202; 1968 Torino GT Fastback VIN 8K42Y 201 384; 1974 Ford Pick-up VIN F26YRT 62 731; 1976 Ford Pick-up VIN F26YRB30848; 1978 Ford Bronco VIN U15SLCE 9982; First State Bank account no. ************8774; Rocky Mountain UFCW pension death benefit.
an undivided one-half (1/2) unto Terisa L. Harmon; and an undivided one-half (1/2) unto David L. Williamson.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8 a.m. on the 1st day of February, 2019, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedents interest in the aforementioned real and personal property as requested in the application filed herein.
