NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF WHEATLAND PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Wheatland will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 10th, 2019 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY 82201, to hear and consider:
A Special Use Permit (SUP) for John Rocha to keep a “Conex” storage container on property described as part of the E ½ NW ¼ of Section 12, Township 24 North, Range 68 West, 6TH PM, Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming. Said property is adjacent to Swanson Road. Currently there is a “Conex” container on the property, and Mr. Rocha is requesting that he be permitted to keep the container and add containers as they are requested.
Any person interested in the approval or rejection of such request may appear and be heard or file with the Joint Planning Office a written statement of approval or disapproval. Questions may be answered by calling 307-269-0513.
