NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Willard J. Weber, a/k/a Willard James Weber, a/k/a W.J. Weber, died on the 7th day of May, 2015, at Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming, leaving as his sole and only heir, Toni A. Weber, f/k/a Toni A. Cochran, Trustee of the W.J. Weber Living Trust, dated December 21, 2012.
That on the 12th day of December, 2018, the aforementioned heir filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedents interest in and to the following described real property, to-wit: an undivided 50% interest of all oil and gas and gold in and underlying the following property: Township 24 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Wyoming, Section 19:  S½; an undivided 25% interest of all oil and gas and gold in and underlying the following property: Township 24 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Wyoming Section 20:  S½S½; an undivided 16.66% interest of all Oil and Gas and Gold in and underlying the following property: Township 24 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Wyoming, Section 22:  S½ less 1 acre tract, with the 1 acre tract being more particularly described as follows: one (1) square acre in the Southeast corner of the SE¼SE¼ of Section 22, Township 24 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., unto Toni A. Weber, f/k/a Toni Ann Cochran, Trustee of the W.J. Weber Living Trust, dated December 21, 2012.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 9a.m., on the 29th day of January, 2019, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION, AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedents interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the Application filed therein.
