Take notice that Cory and Lisa Bristow (on behalf of Delton Tinsley) have filed an application for a Subdivision. Mr. and Mrs. Bristow are in the process of purchasing approximately 38 acres from Mr. Tinsley, and would like to divide the above described property, into twenty-one parcels, all of which would be over 1 acre in size.
Due to this parcel of land being located within one mile of the Town of Guernsey’s boundary, Wyoming State Statute requires that the Town of Guernsey review the matter. A public hearing for the Town of Guernsey Town Council will be held on Tuesday, December 18th, 2018 at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter. That meeting will be located at Guernsey Town Hall (81 W. Whalen, Guernsey)
The Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing for the matter on Wednesday, December 12th, 2018 at 6:00 PM. If approved, the Platte County Commissioners will review the request on Tuesday, December 18th, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Both of these meetings will take place in the Commissioner’s Chambers at the Platte County Courthouse, which is located at 800 9th Street, in Wheatland.
Expressing any concerns to the Planning Office, 600 9th St., Wheatland, WY 82201, at least one week before the first hearing allows this office to incorporate your input into the staff report, thereby brining awareness of issues to the Boards prior to the hearings.
