NOTICE OF SALE
TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a Judgment entered against Andrew Otero, John Otero, Manuel Otero, Debra J. Gretch n/k/a Debra J. Henderson, Lindi Otero and Ester M. Otero in favor of Helen Bauer on the 5th day of March, 2018, in the amount of $5,060.60, the undersigned will sell to the highest bidder at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of April, 2018, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lots 40, 41, 42 and 43, in Block 3, Original Town of Hartville, Platte County, Wyoming, with all improvements and rights appurtenant thereto.
The sale shall be conducted on the West front steps of the Platte County Courthouse in Wheatland, Wyoming.
