LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
In accordance with Wyoming Statute 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees, Platte County School District #1, Wheatland, WY, the Owner, has accepted from Recycle Materials LLC, the project titled “Glendo Bus Barn Demolition” as having been completed under the terms of the contract dated July 19, 2017. Therefore, on April 3, 2018, the Board Treasurer will pay the said Contractor all monies due them in full under the contract. All corporations, firms, or persons having claim against this contract are hereby notified to file claims with the Board Treasurer before the above said date, at the following address: Bob Catchpole, Platte County School District #1, 1350 Oak Street, Wheatland, WY 82201.
