NOTICE OF TRUST ADMINISTRATION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE TRUST ADMINISTRATION OF:
The Darlene R. Thompson Living Trust dated the 22nd day of January, 2010, (the “Trust”).
Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 4-10-507(a)(ii), you are hereby notified that Darlene R. Thompson, the Settlor/Grantor and Trustee of the Trust, died on the 7th day of January, 2018; That the Successor Co-Trustees of the Trust are Grover Thompson III and Carolyn L. Brewer.
The Successor Trustees of the Trust give notice of the intent to distribute property of the Trust under the terms of the Trust. Creditors having claims against the assets of the Trust are required to file a claim with the Successor Trustees, in care of Daniel B. Frank, Frank Law Office, P.C., 519 East 18th Street, Cheyenne, WY 82001, within one hundred twenty (120) days from the first publication date of this Notice.
Any creditor seeking to contest the validity of the Trust shall commence a judicial proceeding within one hundred twenty (120) days after the last publication date of this Notice.
