NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Take notice that S Double D LLC has submitted a plat for a subdivision, which must be reviewed by the Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission and the Platte County Commissioners. This plat should have been reviewed on or before February 16, 2017, but that plat was lost, which made it impossible to record. The preliminary plan for this subdivision was approved by the Platte County Commissioners on February 16, 2016.
This subdivision creates three parcels: Tract A (13.2 acres), Tract B (16.9 acres), and Tract C (21.5 acres). The land being divided is described as Tract 13 of the Guernsey Lake Retreat Subdivision, which is located in Section 3-4 of Township 27 North, Range 66 West, Platte County, Wyoming.
The plat will be reviewed in a public hearing by the Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at 6:00 PM and by the Platte County Commissioners on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Both hearings will be held in the Commissioner’s Room, located in the basement of the County Court House, 800 9th St., Wheatland, WY 82201.
Expressing any concerns to the Planning Office, 600 9th St., Wheatland, WY 82201, at least a week before the first hearing allows this office to incorporate your input into the staff report, thereby brining awareness of issues to the Boards prior to the hearings.
