NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Becky Ann Ludden died on the 17th day of April, 2005, at Guernsey, Platte County, Wyoming, leaving as her sole and only Heirs the following: Chris Lynn Ludden, husband; Joshua Lynn Ludden, son; and Erin Marie Jessen, daughter.
That on the 29th day of January, 2018, the aforementioned Heirs filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedents interest the following described real and personal property, to-wit:
Township 30 North, Range 66 West of the 6th p.m., Platte County, State of Wyoming:
Section 21: N½, SW¼
Section 22: All
Section 23: All
Section 24: N½
Section 28: N½NW¼
unto Chris Lynn Ludden, Joshua Lynn Ludden and Erin Marie Jessen.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 9:00 a.m., on the 20th day of March, 2018, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedents interest in the aforementioned real and personal property as requested in the Application filed herein.
