NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to W.S. § 16-6-116 and § 16-6-117, The Trustees of the Platte County Hospital District have accepted all work as substantially complete according to the Agreement dated June 24, 2014, between the Platte County Hospital District and Sampson Construction, Inc. (Contractor), for construction of the Platte County Replacement Nursing Care and Assisted Living Facility, n/k/a the Platte County Legacy Home located at 100 19th Street, Wheatland, WY 82201. Sampson Construction, Inc. is entitled to final payment which will be made on January 9, 2017, the 41st day after the first publication of this notice. Nothing in this notice relieves the Contractor or the sureties on its bond from any claim or claims for the work or labor done, or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Agreement. All persons having claims for labor or materials furnished to the Contractor shall present a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of the same to the Platte County Legacy Home prior to the day specified for final payment. Failure on the part of the claimant to present such a statement will relieve the Platte County Hospital District from any and all liability on such claim.
