NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUND WATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following petition has been received in the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising, this petition will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board.
Mark W. Kersting, Connie Kersting, and Debra M. Kersting.: Board of Control Petition Docket No. I-U-2017-4-5 for change in location of the Jack No. 1 well, Permit No. U.W. 165602, priority October 25, 2004. The well is located in the SW¼NW¼ of Sec. 12 T24N, R68W, and is permitted for 1000 gallons per minute for 73.3 acres. The reason for the requested change is that the well collapsed and isn’t producing an adequate supply of water. There will be no increase in the amount of the appropriation or the number of acres irrigated.
Any objections to the granting of the above must be made in writing to the State Engineer, Herschler Building 4E, Cheyenne WY 82002 within ten (10) days of the final publication of this notice.
